By downloading or using the Aura Fitness application (“the App”), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Aura Fitness is a fitness tracking application (workouts, nutrition, hydration, statistics) offering features assisted by artificial intelligence. It is provided for informational and wellness purposes.

2. Health disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice. Generated programs, meal plans, estimates and recommendations (including AI-generated ones) are indicative and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or dietary program.

3. Aura Premium subscription

Aura Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all AI features, advanced statistics and community features. Two plans are available:

• Aura Premium · Monthly — duration: 1 month — price: €4.99 / month.
• Aura Premium · Yearly — duration: 1 year — price: €39.99 / year, preceded by a 7-day free trial.

Prices are shown in euros and may vary depending on your region and the currency of your App Store account. The exact applicable price is confirmed by Apple on the purchase screen before any confirmation.

Auto-renewal terms required by Apple:

• Payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal amount is charged within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings at any time after purchase.
• Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase the corresponding paid subscription.

Subscription purchase and management are handled by Apple through the App Store, in accordance with Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA and our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, not to post illegal or offensive content in community spaces, and to respect other users. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design and its content are protected. No license is granted beyond personal use of the App.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages resulting from its use, particularly in connection with exercise or dietary decisions made on the basis of the information provided.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
